Check Out Some Impressive Research I Found On Treating Shoulder Pain With Acupuncture

This 2016 study was published in the research journal Complementary Therapies in Medicine. It was a randomized, controlled, and double-blind trial – in other words, one of the highest quality research studies you can carry out.

After four weeks of acupuncture (one treatment per week), the researchers concluded found that acupuncture significantly reduced the shoulder pain and improved shoulder mobility of participants.

They added that, “The decrease of pain intensity in the acupuncture group was almost twice the value of the decrease in pain experienced by the control group.”

You can take a look at the research here. Pretty exciting, right? If you’re struggling with shoulder pain and/or limited range of motion of the shoulder, I definitely encourage you to give acupuncture a try!
